Some long-overdue updates... Transferred from our community forum, double-sided Stone Doors and Spell Walls by Koren_nRhys are available on the Against the Ogre Horde and Wizards of Morcar/Zargon resource pages. Substitute Ogre standups by Big Bene are also available on the Against the Ogre Horde page.

New tile page for Big Bene is online featuring a 3D Stair tile.

Dragon's Lair, a Dwarf Quest Pack by ChaosOrc joins the ranks of the Agin's Inn Classics! Find this ten Quest Pack designed in the same vein as the Mage of the Mirror and Frozen Horror on the Quest Page.

Derfel Link has been hard at work translating the Italian section of Ye Olde Inn. As it stands now, 59% of Ye Olde Inn's Webpages have been translated to Italiano.

Thanks to Derfel Link, the Caslon Antique Font has been updated to include several more special characters. Be sure to download and reinstall this font to properly view special characters in the Navigation Menu, or when making HeroQuest materials.

The HeroQuest Font has been updated to include several more special characters. Be sure to download and reinstall your HeroQuest Font.

The Ye Olde Inn Translation Project has begun. It is our goal to translate all of Ye Olde Inn into each language that HeroQuest has been released in. If you would like to assist us in translating Ye Olde Inn into another language, refer to the Ye Olde Inn Translation Project thread in the forum.

Hopefully I can get some of the German and Italian content online this week.

Big things are about to happen. Many members of the Deutsch/German community have been submitting scans to complete the Deutsch/German resources.

Members of the HeroQuest community in Brasil/Brazil will be submitting scans of the Português/Portuguêse version released there, as well as taking on the huge task of translating all of yeoldeinn.com into Português/Portuguêse. In doing so, all of yeoldeinn.com will be prepared for an entire translations into all other languages HeroQuest has been released in, should members of various communities wish to assist us in translating yeoldeinn.com as well. You may view our current progress by visiting Português Início.

As stated in the notice above, 300dpi scans will return, but will be replacing 150dpi scans entirely.

Also to come this week will be updates to Dock's Nederlands Characters, IJsmagier and Tempelier.

Ye Olde Inn has now arrived at its new home on the MDD Hosting servers. The transition was as smooth as a Wizard's bottom and everything is up and running perfectly. Not only is our new server faster and more affordable, we are now allowed to have HeroQuest play-by-post games in our community forums!

Agin's Inn Classic, The Black Plague, by Henri Kwakman has arrived and is ready for download on the Quest Page. Carlos' Starter Pack, a previously released Agin's Inn Classic has received an update to fix some typos.

Been a while since an update notice has been posted here. For those who don't know, several updates have been announced in the forum. Such as the conversion of all the North American Quest Books to booklet format. The rest of the Quest Books will be converted to booklet format in the coming weeks. But if you haven't checked out our community forum yet, hop to it! There's lots more content being posted there that isn't present on the Website, plus new announcements and tutorials.

All the card templates found on the Design & Game Tools page have been updated. They look the same, but should be compatible with more versions of Photoshop.

Two more Agin's Inn Classics are on the way. Big ones too! Dragon's Lair - Dwarf Quest Pack by Chaos Orc and hopefully by the end of summer The Rise of Ramiah by Jesse Sikes.

A new game system advancement rule set by David J. Allison (Lastgunslinger) has been added to the expanded rules section. This system provides character creation, level advancement along with the ability to acquire new skills based on race and class, without straying from HeroQuest's otherwise simplistic nature. Check back in the future for future instalments that incorporate expansion items and monsters.

There was a typo on the Nederlands Artefacten Kaarten by Dock that went up yesterday. A new file is now available on the Card Page. All forum maintenance has been completed and everything seems to be working well. For those who haven't already done so, we invite you to participate in our forum discussions and urge you to make a post in the Gaming Group section. We hope it will become a great place for everyone to gather together, co-ordinate their games and possibly meet new people in your area to game with.

Updated and reformatted by Phoenix, the first of the Agin's Inn Classics Series, Attack on Oakdale by Dewayne Agin brings this Blast from the Past up to the here and now with a fresh new look. More Agin's Inn Classics will arrive each week and all are available on the Quest Page.

In celebration of this fantastic Series, the Quest Page has also been updated with a new format that will become standard to all Webpages here at Ye Olde Inn. As the Agin's Inn Classics are rolled out, all Quests will appear on this one page, rather than having separate pages for each Quest author and allowing for an easier browsing experience.

Outpost at the Mountains' Base, the prequel to the Chronicles of Sir Rangar community project at Ye Olde Inn's Adventurer's Guild has finally arrived and is available for download to all on the Quests Page. Take part in the first chapter of Sir Rangar's legacy as Sir Rangar and three of his companions set out to vanquish Ulag, the foul Orc Warlord!
