I like the Yeti on the left best, as it most reminds me of the original Yeti. Looking at the original again, I'm also reminded of the Monsters Inc. guy.

I wonder if a properly-scaled (angry) Sully has been made that could proxy....nahhh. :P
For a scarier proxy that Wampa from Hoth of the Empire Strikes Back would be cooler.

If you found a Sully of similar size, you could always paint him to be more Yeti looking. He's pretty close, just needs a new set of furs.

The running Sully is actually 2 inches tall. His arms, head, and tail (I think) must be put together with the torso and stand. I live in Asia, so if I find some in a shop I'll probably pick them up if they're cheap. Then its time for some cutting, modelling epoxy, and said repaint. If it ever happens, I'll be sure to post a pick.

They can be picked up by at Amazon, but at $6.95 + shipping, I think they are too pricey. They originally sold in Japan for US$1.25 by a company called Choco Egg, (made by Furtura?).

On another note...
If someone could provide me the originals (of course he will get them back), I'd be willing to make moulds and recast them for everyone interested here (including myself).
Have a look ;)

Casting is not astrophysics. It's been over twenty years that I made moulds and castings, but I think I could do this. Plus, I've got close friends who are still into Warhammer and do castings all the time, and would surely help me if I would face any problems. I'm not sure if I can bring out the details in resin, but in soft metal (tin) I definitely can.

dude, I've said time and time again to several people who've mentioned it in passing that I am SUPER interested in this...

I dunno. I remember one guy who actually owned the NA expansion packs and offered to copy the minis, but later withdrew.Perhaps I just have the better motivation. I don't have the figures myself, so by making the copies I would also win something for myself. But still someone would have to borrow me the originals to start with.
Have a look ;)
